National Homebrewer Competition Open for Registration and Entry

As of today, February 17, the American Homebrewer’s Association (AHA) has opened registration and entry for the 2021 National Homebrewer Competition. You must be a member of the AHA to enter.

They have made quite a few changes to the competition from previous years. This year, there is only one round of judging (compared to 2 rounds before) and the entry fee is $29 per beer, limited to 7 total entries. If you enter, you will be asked to ship 5 to 6 bottles of each beer.

Registration and entry runs from February 17 to March 3. Shipping is from March 29 to April 9. In the past, FOAM has paid to ship entries for the first round, so since there is only one round this year, we will ship your entries for you.

If you choose to enter the competition, you must email me at VP-Competitons@alemakers.org so that I can arrange drop off for your entries.

Details for the competition can be found here: https://www.homebrewersassociation.org/national-homebrew-competition/
