Here are the minutes from the October FOAM meeting:
First and foremost, a mega thank you to Pete Polczynski for braising a batch of brats! And thanks to everyone else for delivering delicious dishes for a festival of a meeting.
Officer nominations closed one week ago but we do have a vote for Treasurer. The candidates are Tim McCracken and Michael Frederick. Please attend the November 9th meeting which is Belgian Night to cast your vote. If you’re unable to attend, email officers@alemakers.org to request an absentee ballot. Your vote will be anonymous.
FOAM Cup was also discussed. Our annual homebrew competition is approaching fast. Look for another post detailing the positions we need your help with. This is the club’s largest money-maker, and we need every member’s assistance to make it happen!
Finally, the results you’ve all been waiting for; the winners of the 2023 Oktoberfesticuffs competition!
