How it works:
Participants will receive a set amount of honey and will be told to add an additional ingredient (e.g. blueberries) to be named by the competition organizers.
Participants are to bring 2 bottles to the August Mead Meeting. One bottle will be judged at the meeting and the second bottle will be held for an additional year and judged at the next August Mead Meeting.
FOAM is subsidizing this competition and will cover half the cost of the honey. Participants are responsible for obtaining and the cost of the the additional ingredient.
