NHC sign up is open now through Jan. 31st at 3pm. If you would like to sign up the club will pay the shipping. This year the competition is split into to preliminary and final judging. For preliminary judging you will be required to send 2 bottles and pay $29 per entry. If you advance to final judging you will be required to provide 3 more bottles. You must be an AHA member to enter. When you enter select the Kansas City site as your location. Shipping to Kansas City will be around March the 6th. If you are entering this competition send me a message and inform me that you are entering so that I will know that I need to ship your entries. Below are the links needed to sign up for the comp.
