Hey fellow FOAMers!
Welcome to March. This month’s meeting theme is Beers of the UK. We encourage members to bring their British, Irish, and/or Scottish homebrewed beers. Of course this is just a suggestion. You are always welcome to bring any homebrew you would like to share.
We will keep the business portion of the meeting short, with only a few items to get through, the main one being a vote on the 2022 budget. You can look at the proposed budget on the Google Drive.
Next month is one of my favorite club competitions, the Beer and Food Pairing! It’s not too late to register a team. Click here to sign up.
We also have a new logo! The members overwhelmingly voted for the version with the blue background and red lettering. We will start rolling it out on our letterhead, website, and social media accounts over the next few weeks.
To wrap things up I’d like to remind everyone that last month we approved the constitutional changes and going forward there is no longer a FOAM Family Membership and the new membership fee is $30. The dues are subscription based and are renewed automatically annually from the date you joined. Members will receive an email around a week before the renewal, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you would like. The constitution is published on the website and can be viewed here.
I’m sure there was something else I was going to talk about but I can’t think of any right now so I will end it here.
