President’s Report for March

Landlord appreciation month (The public house variety)

I hope you like your beers flat, warm, and 3% because this month’s meeting theme is Beers of the UK. We encourage members to bring their British, Irish, and/or Scottish home brewed beers or barring that commercial beers to share and appreciate.  Who knows you may get the coveted “tolerable” accolade from our very own honorary Brit Pete Polczynski

We will keep the business portion of the meeting short, with only a few items to get through, the main one being a vote on the 2023 budget. You can look at the proposed budget here.  Please have any question or comments ready so we can address them at the meeting.

Next month is one of our most popular meetings of the year, the Beer and Food Pairing! It’s not too late to register a team. Click here to sign up.

-Future pouring events are coming up March 11th (Shamrock the Rose), May 19th (Conservation on tap), and June 2nd (Real Okie) so plan to brew for those while the groundwater is still cold.

-This years Iron Brewer has been scheduled for April 29th at High Gravity.  Further details and team signup coming shortly.
