The Minnesota Mashout website has now been updated and is ready to start accepting account and entry registrations at 9:00 AM CDT on Friday, September 24. Click here for the link.
The competition is limited to 200 entries and each competitor is allowed 3 entries at $10 each. Only one entry per subcategory. Beer and mead only. They require 3 bottles per entry, using 9-12 oz crown capped bottles for each entry. They’re using digital scoresheets which are quite different from the BJCP sheet (check them out here).
Since this is a High Plains event, FOAM will pay for shipping for members. The entry fee is $10, and only are accepted.
If you want FOAM to take care of shipping, please drop your entries at High Gravity no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 8. No exceptions!
