I have good new and bad news…
The bad news is that we’ve made the call to cancel the January meeting. The current forecast for tomorrow shows a 75% of snow and the road up to Hope Church is way too steep to risk driving when the weather is bad.
The good news is if you didn’t brew a beer for the Reverse Pro-am Club Competition, now’s your chance to get that beer in the fermenter! For those who aren’t aware of what the Reverse Pro-am Comp is, we pick a beer brewed by one of the Tulsa breweries and get their recipe, exactly how it’s used on a commercial scale and FOAMers must downscale it to a 5-10 gallon batch and brewers from that brewery come and judge them at the January (now February) meeting. This year we are brewing Marshall Brewing Company’s Kolsch beer. Click here to get the recipe.
