FOAM Cup Judging starts tomorrow!
We still need everyone’s help to make this a success.
Medals, Food, and Banquet Setup
We need volunteers to help put the labels on the medals before the banquet and Kendall Carpenter could use some help getting the Banquet food transferred from her house and setup. If you can help with either of these, please email me and I will get your contact information to her.
This year the banquet is being held at Good Cause Brewing
Good Cause is located at 2501 E 15th St, Tulsa, OK 74104, just east 0f Reasors at 15th and Lewis. Reasors has given Good Cause patrons permission to use their parking lot. The banquet area will open around 7pm. We will start streaming the awards presentation around 7:30. Even is you did not enter FOAM Cup, I highly recommend attending the banquet. It is a lot of fun and a big showing of FOAMers will make a great impression on judges that are coming from Oklahoma City and Kansas City.
Food is being provided and all attendees will get one drink ticket for a Good Cause beer.
We can still use judges.
If you’ve already registered to help judge, THANK YOU! If you haven’t, please take a look at the sessions and let me know if you can judge any of the sessions. I will add you to the judging pool. Click here to email me your availability. All judging sessions will be at Marshall Brewing Company’s production facility, 1742 E. 6th St. Tulsa OK 74104 (not the tasting room). Judges and volunteers will get a token for a beer from Marshall Brewing to redeem after judging is over for the day.
All volunteers receive a commemorative glass as well. (Hint. Hint. Nudge. Nudge)
