Hello there Foamies. Real Okie beer festival is happening tomorrow. I’m not sure what happened with the online sign up form, but we have room for more beers if anyone is interested. I will be there around 4:30 to start setting up. If you have a beer and would like to participate, let me know at 918-453-3787 so I can tell them to expect more brewers. This is a fun smaller beer festival so I encourage you to come on out if you have a beer and the time (whatever that is).
Below is some information regarding the event:
- Location: Hatbox Event Center 630 S 40th Str. Muskogee
- Please give yourselves enough time to set up and be ready by 5:30. The event Center will be open for you at 3pm on Friday to set up
- The event runs from 5:30-9pm (5:30 – 6:00pm is for VIPs)
- You will be located inside the Event Center. We will direct you where to set up. We do have electricity for you if you need it.
- As a courtesy to you for coming to the event, Friends of Honor Heights Park Association, will be paying for food for you from the food trucks
- We are expecting a nice size crowd, so please prepare for 300+ people
- Bring your tents with your logos if you have them as well as any merch that you would like to sell – we all love a good t-shirt and stickers 🙂
- If you plan on camping for the night (we have full hookups for campers) please let us know
- Please park on the east side of the building and enter through the overhead door – we will have people outside directing you where to go
- We will provide a table and chairs for your use
- Ice will be available inside the Center – please bring your cooler(s)
- We will have a water rinse station in the middle of the room
- We have volunteers to help out throughout the evening if you need anything
