The Reverse Pro-Am is our first Club Competition of the Year

The Reverse Pro-Am takes a commercial scale beer from a local brewery and FOAMers must downscale it to a 5-10 gallon batch and brewers from that brewery come and judge them at the January meeting.

The recipe is the actual one used for brewing the commercial batch. Brewers have to determine the ratios to downscale to a homebrew sized batch.

The commercial beer for the January 2026 meeting is Heirloom Rustic Ales Hound’s Share English Mild.

The meeting will be held on January 8, 2026
