It’s time for Iron Brewer! This year’s brew date is Saturday, May 21 with setup starting at 9am. Ingredients will be revealed at 10am.

This event is open to all homebrew clubs in Oklahoma. Teams must have at least two members with a max of six. Spread the word!
The Iron Brew competition concept is taken from the Iron Chef television show. The general idea is for teams of homebrewers to test their recipe formulation and brewing skills by brewing a beer from previously-unknown ingredients.

Set-up starts at 9:00 a.m.
Brewing starts at 10:00 am
Entries will be judged at the July FOAM meeting.
