Membership Level change

You have selected the FOAM Annual Membership membership level.

FOAM membership is subscription based and will be renewed annually from the date of joining. You will receive an email prior to the renewal at which time you can cancel. Also, as a reminder, conduct detrimental to the interests of FOAM could result in expulsion from the club. Participation in this club is voluntary. Participation in this club involves consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages can affect perceptions and reactions. Members are responsible for their conduct, behavior, and actions. The Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers, Inc. does not take responsibility for the conduct, behavior, and actions of members. Please obey the rules of conduct and policy as outlined in the FOAM constitution.

The price for membership is $30.00 per Year.

Member’s Release of Responsibility

Treat this as a legally binding contract. By submitting payment for membership, you accept the conditions of this agreement. Conduct detrimental to the interests of FOAM could result in expulsion from the club. My participation in this club is voluntary. I accept personal responsibility for my conduct, behavior, and actions. I completely absolve the Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers, Inc. of all responsibility for my conduct, behavior, and actions. I will henceforth obey the rules of conduct and policy as outlined in the FOAM constitution. I am at least 21 years old.
