SUMMARY:February Meeting - Reverse Pro-Am Club Competition
DESCRIPTION:February Meeting – Reverse Pro-Am Club Competition\nFebruary 12th @ 7pm at Hope Unitarian Church \nIt’s our Reverse Pro-am Competition! \nThe Reverse Pro-Am takes a commercial scale beer from a local brewery and FOAMers must downscale it to a 5-10 gallon batch and brewers from that brewery come and judge them at the January meeting. \nThis year’s challenge was to brew Heirloom Rustic Ales Hound’s Share. This beer is in the spirit of an English Mild. Jake Miller\, owner and brewer of Heirloom\, will be at the meeting to judge which beer did the best job matching his beer. The winner takes home a special glass with the brewery and beer engraved on it. \nWe will also have a people’s choice where members can pick which beer was their favorite. \nAgenda\n7:00 – 7:30 pm Doors open for set-up\n7:30 – 8:00 pm Business Meeting\nWelcome and Introductions – Cody Cannon\, FOAM President\nOfficer’s Reports\n– Old Business\n– New Business\n– Announcements\n8:00 – 9:20 pm Members Drink Pro-Am entries!\n8:00 – 8:30 pm Jake Miller evaluates and determines winner.\n9:00 pm Announce Reverse Pro-Am winner.\n9:20 – 9:30 pm Cleanup
